Boyfriend went to a party without me?

So...my boyfriend and i have been going out for about 8 months. Tonight is one of his friends birthday parties and I told him to go. I thought the party would be all guys and i didnt want to go because it would be awkward. Anyway, about an hour before the party my boyfriend found out (at least he says he found out an hour before the party) that there would be girls, drugs, and alcohol there. I didnt know about the girls and when i asked him why he hadnt invited me to the party, he told me that his friend asked if i wanted to come, but he told his friend that I wouldnt want to. Now should i be upset that he went to a party with a bunch of girls there tonight, while im home alone? I trust him, im just upset he went without me to a party with a bunch of other girls

You have a right to be upset, but don't jump to conclusion. Talk to him about the situation and how it made you feel. I just like people to be honest and upfront with me, like if your bf wanted a night out without you to hang with his guy friends he should just tell you.
