I want to through my best friend an awesome birthday party it's at the end of this month....she really doesn't like swimming or haveing a slumber party and watching movies because we do that every year....she is turning 13!! her family is probably going to through a party for her....so what is something that I could do that is important like should I through her a party to or what??

You should invite 5-10 girls and go get free makeovers at your local mall. Then you can go out to eat and to a movie and take pictures all night long. Then you should make a scrapbook of your night together for her. If you aren't in to scrapbooking, have your mom help you. :)
