Party Panic! Help!!?

I'm having majour trouble for my birthday party! I'm not sure if I should have a hotel-party and only invite a few of my friends, or have an outdoor-party and invite a TON of my friends! I was thinking of having a fear-factor party, but right now my budget is really low! Could I have some suggestions? Thanks!! Oh and here is a few details:


--My house is pretty small, so slumber parties are pretty much limited to like 3 people, and I'd really like a lot of peeps
