Hey. I'm starting a small party planning business. To make my price list does anyone know what party planners charge? For kid parties, cocktail parties, showers etc?

That depends so radically on your location and experience that you aren't going to get an appropropriate answer on this site.
You need to research this pretty thoroughly. Or perhaps try working for another company before starting your own.
Event management is not easy, and if you are not careful, you will be over your head and operating at a financial loss really quickly.
