Major party help!?

okay so i am a teen and one day i was talking 2 a friend on aim and i was like i wanna have a princess party! and she like conviced me to have one even though i wasnt 100% into the idea. she was like i will help u plan it and like me and her where planning it over aim and she shot down every idea i had( and rember this is my party at my house) and she was just saying her ideas which i think are dum and like she made and itinerary and like she totally left out everything i said( i wanted a tea party, then a game, then go to downtown on a cinderella carriage ride that would take us to a nail salon where we would get our nails done) well my friend is being controlling and turned it into her own party only at my house and she mad it a tea party, some trashy trashy un fun games and watchin disney princess movies..i dont like that and its to late to make reservations on the nails and carriage ...please anyone give me some sugesstions for a fun party! im desperate so please any little thing

A princess party sounds dumb anyway I would put ur party on the same day and convince everyone its better then that loser who is so socliy changed she cant come up with her own them. Any way if ur not as mean as i am just look @ my ideas











i am turning 13 in febuary and LOVE planing partys. I want to be a party planner when I grow up. Here are some of the ideas i was thinking of doing and what i actually am:


MY PARTY:


the invations


are on the front of a cd i made it using mirosft publisher. The CD is a mix from itunes, If u dont want to buy music there, use the itunes software to take songs from the cd collection U all ready own and use them to crate the playlist. Then my guest can listen to the CD see the feeling of my party.


At my house


we will have a candy bar and have non acolich drinks like i menstioned later in the artile. Then after every one arives we will get our nails done then go 2 the mealting pot the latest foundue restarant everyone loves. When we get back to my house we will watch movies, talk %26amp; drink virgin red bull martinis to stay up (its a sleep over)


In the morning


we will have a pancake cake witch is with a tall stack of hotcakes drizzled with maple syrup, chocolate sauce, fruit, or whipped cream (with candels of course)





For Favors


i usally get a cute tote bag (not gross L.L. bean ones like ones with a desgin) and put together a gift basket with cute notebooks, cheap jewlerly, cell phone charms in the dollar section at target or a dollar store (it sounds cheap but sometimes u get lucky there.)


Another idea is get 2 colors of M%26amp;Ms you like and put them in cute box like chineze take out boxes in cute patterns (@ AC more)


Thank You Cards:


I m planning to take the top rapper of a hershys bar but leave the siliver and make a new top rapper with scrapbooking paper and then wright the card on that








A murder Mystery Party:


I know it sounds weird but they have a lot of cool teen thems at http://www.host-a-murder.com/teen.html like american idol, a sequal to mean girls, harry potter, high school musical, project runway, miss teen usa. Some seem kida diffrent 2 me, but i dont know what u like.





A Spa party:


You coud do one at your house and do nails and facials, or do one at a spa where some have special teen treatments.





A moc- coctail party:


Get non alcohlic drinks like margaritas, shirly temples, martinis and have all your friends wear coctail dresses.





Candy Land:


Have a candy bar with lots of penny candy and let your guests help them selfs. Use bright decorations, dont get 2 in2 cnady cuz it might start 2 look cheezy @ur age.





Decade night:


have all your friends dress up from a certaint deade, 70's u could have choclate and cheese foundude, 80s play really the really terrible music

Reply:I think you should go as much with your plans as you can... You still may be able to go with your original plans if you make a lot of phone calls and explain what happened....





If you can't do it that way.... hire a limo.... go out to eat and then go back to your place and give manicures and pedicures to each other......
