Party Help Needed!!!?

I am going to host my first boy-girl party in the next couple of months. I am 13, will be almost 14 when I throw the party, and I want to throw the PERFECT party: no alcohol, no (older) strangers (just seventh graders), no sex, no disrupting my parents (who will be upstairs when I throw the party). The party will be half inside-half outside (to maximize the space I have) and it will be at night. I know it's unrealistic to think that I can have THE perfect party, but I want it to go well. My house is a good size, and so is my yard. My parents say no more than 50 kids, but I'm thinking about 100. Does anyone have GOOD tips for me on how to throw an awesome APPROPRIATE party? Also, what about invites? Should it be email, snail mail or phone? Please help me out.

Party Help Needed!!!?
well i think u should go to the Cristian Club. that would be a great place they serve virgin drinks(no alcohal). and you have to be a teen-ager to go there. hope that if u pick this it will be appropriate enough. oh an invites i would say snail mail. and the christian club plays any type if music you like HAPPY 14 BIRTHDAY!!! !!!
Reply:I would like to give you tips about how to throw the 'perfect party', but lets be realistic. teenagers these days only think about alcohol and sex. If you invite 50 people, more people will definetly appear. Maybe you should invite people more close to you, like your best pals for instance. And I think you should send them a cool email to invite them.
Reply:Email is better.
Reply:email or phone or both. doesn't matter. here is a hint for you. place all of your food items in a safe place. meaning: we had our in a dark corner and the kids played in the food, ruined hundreds of dollars worth of food. we found sticks, rocks etc in the cake, dips, etc. you may want to bring food out at a particular time. up to ya. focus on decorating one area big. trying to decorate the whole inside and outside will be costly. music is always a big hit.
Reply:First of all I wouldn't have it directly at night .. maybe start it towards 6 and then last till whenever. But when you have it you should have music for sure. Lots and Lots of good food. And maybe put some cool retro color lights like those flashy ones, black light, those lil colored disco ball things. And possibly have a pool? With games* G/L have fun =]
Reply:Start the party around suppertime with a hot dog cookout your dad could be in charge of. Have those little fairy lights out back or string other sorts of lanterns across the lawn. Play some fun party games, even tug of war could be fun. Might sound corny, but the kids will feel more comfortable doing those sorts of things than just standing around trying to make small talk.
Reply:personally i think the invites should be by email and phone bcause some people dont have emails that dont work. And play alot of music but NO REGGAE BCAUSE IF THAT HAPPENS THEYLL BE ALOT OF GRINDIN AND FOR 7TH GRADERS YOU DONT WANT THAT
Reply:can you not hand deliver the invites.as for tips for a good party try this link,www.birthdaypartyideas.com
Reply:you could order pizza (have chips and pop ready too.. maybe have some activites that you can set up.. area to watch movies, area to play games outside (ie- soccer..)

you don't have to plan the whole night out- plus i'm sure your friends will also helo you out with ideas...

for invites i say use email (it will be much faster then phoning everyone..)
Reply:watch an awesome movie thats for teens, and use the phone for inviting. play like... soccer or football or something outside, and have a camp fire! roast marshmellows!
Reply:i think if your mom/dad say 50 they mean 50 don't upset them.No soft food it gets in carpets.you could have scary movie in one room and sounds in another but alcohol will get in. you must have a person on the door cus you will get tubule.my sons Friends say are there any invites

HAVE A GOOD NIGHT
